MNSRC serves as the governing arm of the US Soccer Referee Program in Minnesota. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Our role is to train, certify, and assist in the promotion and development of soccer referees within the U.S. Soccer framework.

​

We also serve as advocates for officials within the Minnesota soccer community.
